How to delete your LifeScore account and all associated personal data.

Delete your account in the app

You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the LifeScore mobile app. Follow these steps:

  1. 1. Open the LifeScore app on your device.
  2. 2. Go to Settings (tap the gear icon or your profile).
  3. 3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. 4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email address).
  • Assessment results and history linked to your account.
  • Any preferences or settings stored with your account.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Purchase records may be retained as required by law and by Apple or Google for transaction compliance.
