Account & sign-in
- How do I create an account?
Open the LifeScore app and sign in with Apple, Google, or Facebook. Your account is created automatically on first sign-in. - I can't sign in.
Make sure you are using the same sign-in method (Apple, Google, or Facebook) you used when you first created your account. If the problem persists, email us with your device model and iOS version. - How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Delete Account in the app. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. See our data deletion page for full details.
Assessments & results
- Are my results private?
Yes. Your assessment results are visible only to you and are never shared publicly. - Can I retake a test?
Yes. You can retake any assessment at any time. Your most recent result will be displayed. - My results seem wrong.
LifeScore assessments are designed for educational and self-development purposes. Results reflect your responses at the time of testing and may vary. If you believe there is a technical issue, email us with a screenshot of the result.
Purchases & subscriptions
- How do I restore a purchase?
Go to Settings > Restore Purchases in the app. This will restore any previously purchased content linked to your Apple ID. - How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device to manage or cancel. - I was charged but didn't receive my purchase.
Try restoring purchases first (see above). If the issue persists, email us with your Apple receipt or transaction ID and we will investigate. - Refund policy
Purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, contact Apple directly through their support page.
Privacy & data
- What data do you collect?
We collect account information, assessment responses, and anonymised usage data. Read our full privacy policy for details. - How do I request my data?
Email support@lifescoretest.com with the subject line "Data Access Request" and we will respond within 30 days. - How do I delete my data?
Use the in-app account deletion feature or email us. See our data deletion page.
Technical issues
- The app crashes or freezes.
Make sure you are running the latest version of LifeScore and that your device is updated to the latest iOS version. If the issue continues, email us with your device model, iOS version, and a description of when the crash occurs. - Content is not loading.
Check your internet connection and try restarting the app. If the problem persists, contact us.
